		<description>Agreed Bill. It&#039;s hard not to give the answer to the issue when you know it. Getting them to figure the issue out on their own teaches them to do it on their own as well as unburdens you the next time. Hopefully they can figure out the solution before you even have to get involved. Thanks for the comment! </description>
